Alcohol purchases are restricted to customers who are 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for every purchase, pickup, or delivery.
This website always supports catalog browsing, Saved Bottles, and a device-local Order List. When Online Selling is enabled, customers can also move eligible bottles into Cart and use Wix-hosted checkout. An Order List alone does not place an order or reserve a product.
Products, sizes, prices, and availability are rechecked when bottles move into Cart and again during checkout. When online checkout is paused, call or visit High Peaks Wine & Spirits to purchase.
Pickup and eligible local delivery are available within the approved New York service area. We do not ship alcoholic beverages outside that area.
High Peaks Wine & Spirits may refuse any sale, pickup, or delivery that cannot be completed lawfully or under store policy.
