Local delivery is limited to eligible addresses in New York within our approved delivery zone. Delivery availability and fees may vary based on distance and order details.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout or by store communication. If delivery is delayed, we will notify the customer with a new anticipated delivery timeframe. The customer may cancel the order before fulfillment if they do not agree to the updated timeframe.
A recipient who is 21 years of age or older must be present at delivery and must provide valid government-issued photo ID. Delivery may be refused if age or identity cannot be verified, if the recipient appears intoxicated, or if delivery cannot legally be completed.
In-store pickup requires valid government-issued photo ID showing the customer is 21 years of age or older.
